Hi! My name is Rey and welcome to my food adventure. While trying to find my space in this proverbial parking lot we call life, I decide to take a leap of faith and follow something I’ve been obsessed with my entire life…that’s right, food! The youngest of four boys, I remember being all of 7 years old, watching cooking shows with my mom and asking as many questions while she cooked, trying to learn her awesome ways. I love everything about food, from grocery shopping, to preparing meals and of course plating. To me, it’s amazing how we can take random things and create something so flavorful, delicious and packed with love. Going through so much in life, I’ve learned that when you do something you love its never “work”. Its something you can put your all into and share with the world.
