Bulgogi Ramen
A simple ramen hack brought to life after a trip to Costco that brings together sweet and savory bulgogi beef, tender ramen noodles and a spicy delicious broth to bring it all together. This bulgogi ramen takes all of 20 minutes to make and full of amazing flavors!

Ingredients
- 16 oz beef bulgogi I used “On the Street Food” Beef Bulgogi
- 2 packs Ramen Noodle I used Nongshim Gourmet Spicy Shin Instant Ramen Noodle
- 1/2 cup onions sliced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers sliced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- Oil for cooking
Garnish
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Green onions
Instructions
- In a pan over medium high heat, add the beef bulgogi and cook for 5-6 minutes until it starts to brown around the edges.
- Then, add the sliced onions, sliced bell peppers and season with salt.
- Continue to cook for an additional 5-6 until the veggies are browned.
- Once cooked set aside.
- Add the ramen to a pot of boiling water and cook according to the packaging.
- Half way through, create a space for the eggs by moving the ramen to one side of the pot.
- Gently add the eggs and move the noodles back and forth for the remaining cook time. In total it should be 5-6 minutes from start to finish.
- Once cooked, transfer to a bowl and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
