Creamy One Pot Tortellini
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- 20 oz five cheese tortellini pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups spinach roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth or water
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 cup red pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup shallot chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic minced or paste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large pan over medium heat, add some olive oil and ground Italian sausage.
- Using a the utensil of your choice, break up the sausage into small pieces and cook until golden brown.
