Crispy beef udon noodles are a quick and delicious option using instant fresh udon noodles. Packed with fresh flavors and extra creamy.

Ingredients
- 14 oz instant fresh udon noodles
- 8 oz ground beef
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp green onion
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or tahini
- 1 tbsp crispy chili oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
Crispy Beef
- In a pan over medium high heat at in ground beef and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook meat until it browns breaking into pieces.
- Once browned add in 1 tbsp green onion and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
- Continue to cook until beef is crispy. Once crispy set aside.
- In a serving bowl add in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, peanut butter, crispy chili oil, sesame oil, garlic, parsley and green onion.
- Mix until thoroughly combined and set aside.
- Cook udon noodles according to packaging.
- Once cooked add the sauce and top with crispy beef, green onion, parsley and sesame seeds.
- Toss the noodles and sauce together until well coated and serve immediately.
