Buttery croissants intertwining with gooey chocolate chip cookies. A perfect balance of sweet, savory and crispy. Every bite of this crookie bake is irresistible.

Ingredients
- 3-4 croissants baked
- 16 chocolate chip cookie dough raw
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cut open the croissants and sandwich 2-3 tablespoons of cookie dough In between.
- Press firmly to stick slices together then cut croissant into 1-2 inch pieces.
- Arrange those pieces at the bottom of a 9 inch baking dish.
- Top the croissants with cookie dough and fill in any blank spaces with more dough.
- Dispense semi sweet chocolate chips through out.
- In a bowl mix together heavy cream and one egg.
- Beat until smooth then pour over the top of the crookie.
- Place in a preheated 350F oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and enjoy!
