Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 8 oz crab meat
- 10 oz Linguine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup roasted red peppers chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to directions on packaging. Once cooked, reserve 1 1/2 cups pasta water.
- In a pan over medium heat sauté the garlic, red pepper flakes and roasted red peppers. About 2-3 minutes.
- Follow that up with the reserved pasta water and heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Once the sauce thickens, add the cooked pasta and mix until combined.
- Then, gently fold in the crab meat. This will help keep the pieces intact.
- Finish with fresh parsley and give it one final toss.
- Serve with parmesan cheese if you’d like and enjoy!
