Smoked Salmon Croissants

- 4-5 croissants
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
Salmon Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup smoked salmon chopped
- 1/4 cup cucumbers diced
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1 tsp capers chopped
- 1 tsp dill chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp parsley dried
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Garlic Butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1/2 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp parsley dried
- 1/2 tsp salt
Garnish
- 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning optional
Salmon Filling
In a bowl, add all ingredients listed under “Salmon Filling” and mix until throughly combined.
Transfer to a piping bag or ziplock bag with the tip cut off and set aside.
Assemble
Make shallow cuts throughout the croissants making sure not to cut all the way through.
Brush on garlic butter, garnish with everything bagel seasoning and more parmesan cheese.
Toast until the cheese is melted and the croissants is warm and golden.
Fill the cuts made earlier into the croissants with the salmon filling making sure to keep the croissant intact.
Top with more parmesan cheese and enjoy!
